Short and succinct
Overtired employees are less productive, make more mistakes and are at greater risk of having an accident. In this hour-long workshop, your employees will learn the most important basics about sleep. They will also receive practical tips on how to fall asleep more easily and how to promote healthy sleep. Restful sleep reduces the risk of accidents and potential health problems, meaning your employees will be more focused and productive at work.

- Order the prevention module at least two months before the desired start date.
- Make arrangements for rooms and technical infrastructure

- Motivate employees to implement what they have learned in their daily lives
